Reloads itself when it runs low
Set a threshold and an amount in Account: when the balance drops under the threshold, Lea charges the card you paid with for that amount and tells you. Off by default; switch it off any time.
How credit works
A package loads the credits it names; any other amount loads 1 credit per $1. Credit is spent as Lea does work for you — scans at a fixed price per page or photo, other work at its real cost. You always see what a task spent in credits.
Credit is valid for 1 year
Each amount you load is its own batch, valid for one year from the day you load it. Older credit is always spent first. If a batch expires with a balance left, that balance is cleared — you'll get a warning at 30 and 7 days before that happens.
What happens when your balance runs out
Lea stops taking new work until you add credit — or reloads by itself, if you switched that on. Nothing is deleted or hidden: your records, approvals, reports and files stay visible and downloadable the whole time.
No refunds
Credit purchases are final, the same way Anthropic's own API credits work.

How does credit work?
A package loads the credits it names; any other amount loads 1 credit per $1. Lea spends credit as she works for you. Scans (drawings, documents, photos) have a fixed price per unit; other work is billed at its real cost. You always see the credit amount.
Is there a minimum?
Pick one of the four packages, or load any amount between $10 and $1,000 at a time. When your company first signs in, 10 credits are loaded for you, so you can start with Lea right away; after that Lea works on the credit you load. There is no monthly plan.
What is auto-reload?
In Account, the person who buys credit sets a threshold and an amount. When the balance drops under the threshold, that amount is charged to the card you last paid with, added to the balance, and you are told. It is off unless you switch it on.
How long is my credit valid?
One year from the day you load it. Each load is its own batch with its own expiry; older credit is always used first. You're warned at 30 and 7 days before any batch expires.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Lea pauses new work until you add credit. Your data stays fully visible and downloadable — nothing is hidden or deleted.
Can I get a refund?
No — credit purchases are final, the same way Anthropic's own API credits work. This is stated plainly here so there's no surprise.
