Yüksel Arslan ("we", "us") operates Lea, a construction project assistant, at leanaios.com.

We collect the account information you give us at sign-up (name, email), the project data you or your team upload or create through Lea (drawings, documents, photos, records, conversations, voice notes), and usage data needed to run and bill the service (credit balance, credit loads, per-job credit spend).

Your project data is used only to provide the service to your organisation. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with anyone outside your organisation without an approval from an authorised person on your team.

Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other organisation's at the database level. Your files are stored in the EU and the database runs in the EU (Frankfurt). Platform operators cannot read your project content; for support, an authority on your team can grant time-limited access, which ends on its own.

We use sub-processors to run the service, each only for its own part: Anthropic (the assistant itself, under zero data retention), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Clerk (sign-in), Cloudflare (file storage), Whop (payments — we never see or store your card), Resend (e-mail), Deepgram (speech to text), Microsoft Azure (text to speech) and Inngest (scheduled jobs).

You can export all of your organisation's data at any time from Account, and request deletion. Deletion follows a 14-day cooling-off period during which it can be cancelled; after that the data is permanently removed.
